A wedding planner's tasks include the overall design and vision of wedding, keeping the couples within their budgets, and execution of the event vision on the day of the wedding.
“Month of” - $850
Includes:
• First initial meeting when hired to get to know bride and get ideas of wedding style
• Meet 1 month before wedding date to go over details and get contact information for vendors
• Take over communication with all vendors
• “Day of” timeline creation
• “Week of” meeting to finalize all details
• Rehearsal - directing the bridal party of their duties for the wedding day and ceremony
• Wedding day – first to arrive and last to leave!
o Contact for all vendors
o Making sure everything happens at the time planned
o Directing of ceremony
o Making sure vendors and bridal party have everything needed for the day
▪ Payments/tips/contacts/placement
o Make sure the bride/groom are STRESS FREE!
NOTE - Infinity requires booked couples to have at least a “Day of” coordinator for your wedding day.
Guest counts over 125 people will require Cheyenne’s assistant at the rate of an additional $125 for the day of.
Cheyenne’s calendar fills months in advance. Please complete contract process with her as soon as you are ready to book.

- $200 deposit due at initial meeting
- second payment is due 1 month before event $325
- remaining balance due the week of event $325
