That’s a question we get all the time! The truth is … we believe Infinity found us! Keep reading if you want the full story.
Hey there! My name is Aubrey Barnwell and this is my husband Will! We are the owners of Infinity.
A little bit about us – Will proposed to me in April of 2018 at Little River Canyon. Preceded by multiple “I love you’s” he finally popped the question! It was the easiest “yes!” I’ve ever said. Believe it or not, I had zero wedding experience and really didn’t care about the details of our wedding. I was just excited to be marrying my best friend. However, my mom said we better get started planning. First step, “Where?” we needed a venue. Just like you, we started our venue search. We toured multiple beautiful venues in north Alabama that would be both a suitable location and had the characteristics we felt we wanted. We didn’t find one that just felt like “us.”
It was far-fetched idea of mine to have a venue one day in the future as a retirement project. Being where we are now, I am glad I’m young working all these weddings. After being on the venue hunt for a few months, we decided Alabama needed a venue with its own unique vibe preferably with a view. Finding a view that didn’t require months of land work was the hard part.
Finally, we found land we could buy then start a build but … it wasn’t Infinity. The decision was set, and we wanted to buy the land we toured but, on our way home, we passed auction signs. You guessed it – Infinity was up for auction! We quickly reset and made a change of plans as we saw Infinity being a quicker option to open for business.
Fast forward to May 2019, Will and I got married at Infinity two weeks after graduating from Auburn University! We both have degrees in Animal Science. Yep, not really wedding related.
We were the first wedding at Infinity and now get to share it with so many other happy couples and, hopefully, you too. So yes, we feel Infinity found us! We feel it has the unique architecture we sought after and for sure has the view. We have poured our hearts, blood, sweat, and (sometimes) tears into Infinity and strive to provide a stellar spot to host your big day with friends and family.
Infinity has been and is a huge blessing for our growing family and we love being able to share this incredible view and provide the helping hands needed for a smooth wedding day.
