 Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

·       We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour here.

Will you hold our date until we are able to tour in person?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold a date without a contract. So, it is possible that your preferred date may be booked prior to your tour. We do our very best to keep the website up to date and I would encourage you to check and make sure we have some dates still available that you are interested in prior to your tour. The contract process begins as soon as an email is received with your chosen date. Next, the date will be removed from our availability followed by the contract being sent via email. Then, you have two weeks to sign the contract, purchase insurance, and send your deposit which is returned via USPS mail.

Is there a deposit?  When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan? Can we pay with a card?

·       Yes.  When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, we require a 25% portion of the package chosen for a deposit. 30 days after booking we ask for a second 25% amount. Then, 90 days post booking your third 25% payment will be due.The final installment of 25% will be required 60 days prior to the event.  You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due date, so in effect creating your own payment plan on your own schedule.  Full payment is due by the specified due date.  We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds. Due to the related opportunity cost for the business of Infinity by reserving a date for you, all deposits are non-refundable. We do have the capability to accept credit/debit cards. There is a 3% fee when using a card. Paying online via bank transfer there is a 1% fee that maxes at $15. Online payment fees are waived when paid via cash or check.

What is the best way to contact Infinity quickly?

An email sent to infinityeventvenue@gmail.com is a great way to contact us. We do our best to answer emails within 24 hours but please understand our event schedule can impact this slightly. A phone call to 256-630-1046 is the best way to reach Aubrey quickly. Please leave a voicemail if call isn’t answered. If it’s a pressing matter and Aubrey doesn’t answer, you can reach Will at 256-460-8276. We DO NOT respond to text messages. Also please call during typical business hours.

Do you require specific vendors … caterers, photographers, florists, etc.?

No, at this time we are not exclusive with any vendors. We do not require you to use any specific vendor. (However, caterers must be licensed.) We can definitely recommend some great and reputable vendors!

Do you provide the tablecloths?

No. We do not provide tablecloths for your tables.

Do you allow alcohol?

. We allow only canned beer and wine but it MUST be served by our licensed bartender. Bottled wine to be poured is accepted. Kegs are also accepted. We do not allow liquor for mixed drinks with the exception of your signature drinks. We allow a MAX of 2 recipes for your mixed cocktails. Your signature drink must be premade (unless recipe demands otherwise) and be limited to 2, 6-8 oz drinks per guest. We recommend these run out so liquor isn’t flowing all night. We do NOT allow shots. Client supplies the cups needed for serving guests. There are to be no glass bottled beer served, period. ALL alcohol must be served by the bartender.

What items do you allow for send offs?

We allow sparklers. This is the most popular option. Sparklers are the ONLY fireworks allowed on property. Natural confetti such as bird seed or real flower petals are allowed. Paper confetti must be approved by Aubrey. Degradable confetti (rice paper confetti) is the only confetti approved at Infinity. Some other fun options - bubbles, pom poms/shakers, ribbon sticks, foam light bars, cold sparks.

Do you allow any guests to stay at Infinity?

. If you choose the two day rental, we welcome the bridal party to stay in the Infinity home in the Bridal Suite on Friday night. The rate of stay for the bridal party is $50/per person. The Bridal Suite comfortably sleeps 7 but we do not limit to 7. The honeymoon suite is an optional add on with any rental at the rate of $300/night and check out time is 10:00 AM. We don’t have accommodations for the grooms party but we recommend checking out the AirBnB and VRBOs nearby.

Where can my guests stay?

. The closest hotels are in Scottsboro, 15 to 20 minutes away. The Hampton Inn or Comfort Suites are great options. We also recommend looking at Airbnb and VRBO for some great options on the lake.

Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc? 

·       No. We provide an awesome venue, tables, and upgraded wedding chairs for the allotted amount of time.  We can recommend where to rent linens or you are also welcome to bring your own linens.

Do you include catering?

We do not cater. We can definitely recommend great caterers in the area!

Do you have a coordinating/ planning service?

. Yes, we do offer coordinating/planning by our in house planner, Cheyenne. She has some great services to offer. Please go check out her page on the drop down menu. We do not handle decorating but we will have your requested borrowed decor out for you.

Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?

·       We are dog friendly, with some specific stipulations. Dogs are allowed (only with pre-approval by Aubrey) at the ceremony and pictures. They must always be leashed or in a crate. Animals, other than service animals, are NOT allowed inside, under roof or near food. Dogs must be on a leash and someone must be responsible for them other than the bride and groom. You must clean up after any dog on site. Please consider your dog’s personality and how he will react during a busy long wedding day when making your decision.

Does Uber serve the area around Infinity?

·  No, unfortunately not.

Can vehicles be left overnight?

·       No vehicles can be left overnight.  Please advise your guests of this policy.  The gates will be locked at conclusion of the event and as we are also a private property, the gates remain locked.  We appreciate your understanding.

What is the event clean-up process?

·       Infinity staff will handle all standard cleaning of facilities and trash removal throughout and following the wedding reception. We ask you to get your trash to a trash can. Infinity is responsible for tables, chairs, and borrowed decor. You are responsible for your decor items to be removed within your allotted time frame.

Will anyone from Infinity be onsite for the event?

Yes, we are a very hands on venue. We are here to help your day go just as you’ve dreamed! We provide bartending, security, as well as folks keeping the venue clean of trash, etc.
